Students:
All full time and part time students attending Colleges and
Universities accredited by a recognized accrediting agency
in the United States are eligible to purchase academic software
from Gradware.com. All students must enroll with Gradware.com
in order to purchase academic software from Gradware.com.
As part of the enrollment process, you are required to fax
or scan us a completed Registration
Form along with a copy of your dated photo Student
ID Card. If your ID isn't dated for the current term, then
we will also need one of the following as proof of your current
academic status:
-
A copy of your dated class schedule.
-
A copy of your current semester tuition paid receipt from
the registrar's office.
-
Another dated school ID (library card, etc.) that has your
school's name on it.
-
A letter from the school on official school letterhead stating
that you are a currently enrolled student eligible to purchase academic software.
If your school ID doesn't have your photo on it, you'll also
need to fax us one of the following:
-
A copy of your Driver's License with your photo.
-
A copy of your Passport photo page.
Note: If you are ordering Adobe, Microsoft, or Symantec academic
software, you are required to provide a copy of a PHOTO
ID. If your school ID doesn't have your photo, then include
a copy of another photo ID (e.g. drivers license) along with
your other academic verification.
Other academic software publishers, such as
AutoDesk, Kinetix/Discreet, and Newtek, require a School ID
AND current class schedule. The class schedule must include
a minimum of 6 class credit hours and indicate enrollment
in a degree-seeking program. All AutoDesk & Kinetix academic software orders
also require a signed AutoDesk
License Agreement form.
Faculty & Staff:
All full time and part time faculty and staff employed by
Colleges, Universities, and K-12 institutions accredited by
a recognized accrediting agency in the United States are eligible
to purchase academic software from Gradware.com. All faculty
and staff must enroll with Gradware.com in order to purchase
academic software from Gradware.com. As part of the enrollment
process, you are required to fax us a completed Registration
Form along with a copy of your dated photo Faculty/Staff
ID Card. If your ID isn't dated for the current year, then
we will also need one of the following:

A copy of a recent pay stub (current or previous month only).
-
A copy of a teaching contract that indicates a period of
validity.

A letter from the school - on the official letterhead of
the school - confirming that you are a current faculty/
staff member at the school.
If your school ID doesn't have your photo on it, you'll also
need to fax us one of the following:

A copy of your Driver's License with your photo.

A copy of your Passport photo page.
ACCREDITED
INSTITUTIONS
The following accredited Institutions are also eligible to
purchase academic software.
Note: Institutions must be located in the United
States.
Educational Institutions:
Accredited Educational Institutions include Public or Private
K-12 Schools, Vocational Schools, Junior Colleges, Colleges,
Universities, and Scientific or Technical Institutions accredited
by associations recognized by the US Department of Education
and/or the State Board of Education. Preschools with early
childhood programs that serve a minimum of ten children ages
two through five, have been operational for at least one year,
and provide educational services are also eligible.
Upon
approval, Educational Institutions and Schools may send Purchase
Orders for academic software and receive standard Net 30 terms. School Orders must
be official purchase orders from the institution on the official
stationery/purchase order of the institution. Academic software Purchase Orders
may be faxed to (866) 871-0425 or emailed
to admin@gradware.com.
Administrative
Offices or Board of Education of Educational Institutions:
District, regional, and state administrative offices of the
Educational Institutions as defined above are also eligible
to purchase academic software from Gradware.com.
Upon
approval, Administrative Offices and Boards of Education may
send Purchase Orders and receive standard Net 30 terms. Orders
must be official purchase orders from the institution on the
official stationery/purchase order of the institution. Academic software Purchase

Museums that meet all of these criteria may purchase

from Gradware.com: museums that a) are a public
or private agency or institution organized on a
permanent basis for educational or aesthetic purposes,
b) utilize a professional staff, and c), own or
utilize tangible objects, maintain them and exhibit
them to the general public on a regular basis. Academic
software orders must be official purchase orders
from the Museum on the official stationery/purchase

Libraries
|
Public
Libraries that meet all of the following criteria
are eligible to purchase Corel, Microsoft, and Macromedia
academic software from Gradware.com: the library
a) provides general library services without charge
to all residents of a given community, district
or region, b) is supported by public or private
funds and c) makes its basic collections and basic
services available to the population of its legal
service area to all individual users, but may impose
charges on users outside its legal services area.
Academic software orders must be official purchase
orders from the Library on the official stationery/purchase
