Faculty & Staff
All full time and part time faculty and staff employed by degree granting Colleges, Universities, and K-12 institutions accredited by a recognized accrediting agency in the United States are eligible to purchase most of our academic software from Gradware.com. In order to purchase from us you must provide us with the following:

Photo Identification (1 of the following):
- Faculty/Staff Identification card with photo.
- Driver's license.
- Any other VALID form of PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

Dated documentation showing current employment (1 of the following):
- A copy of a recent pay stub from the school or school district (current or previous month only).
- A copy of a teaching contract that indicates the period of current validity.
- A signed and dated letter on school letterhead confirming that you are a current employed faculty/staff member at the school.
NOTE: You may block or black out all private and sensitive information when providing Gradware.com with documentation.
