All K-12 students who are currently attending accredited public or private primary or secondary schools, providing full-time instruction for grades K-12 or a school district for such schools, are eligible to purchase most of the titles carried by Gradware.com.

All full time and part time Higher-Education students attending academic institutions accredited by a recognized accrediting agency in the United States and granting degrees, requiring no less than two years of study, are eligible to purchase most of the academic software from Gradware.com.

We require valid photo identification and one of the following documents:
  • A copy of the student's dated class schedule. (TIP: if sending via a digital format, please do not copy and paste into your email or a word doc, instead take a screen capture.)
  • An official progress report or report card that is dated for the current term.
  • A copy of your current term tuition PAID receipt from the registrar's office.
  • Another dated school ID (library card, etc.) that has your school's name on it.
  • A signed and dated letter from the school on official school letterhead stating that you are a currently enrolled student. If your school does not issue PHOTO ID's or your ID doesn't have your photo on it, you'll also need to fax or scan a copy of ONE of the following:
  • A copy of your valid Driver's License.
  • A copy of your Passport photo page.
  • Any other VALID form of PHOTO IDENTIFICATION.
  • If the eligible student is too young to have any form of valid PHOTO ID, the parent's valid PHOTO ID will be acceptable.

NOTE: All sensitive information on the listed documents can be covered up or blacked out. We must be able to see that the documents are official school documentation for the student in question and that the document is dated for the CURRENT TERM.

Other academic software publishers, such as AutoDesk, MAXON, and Newtek, require a School ID AND current class schedule. The class schedule must include a minimum of 6 class credit hours and indicate enrollment in a degree-seeking program. All AutoDesk academic software orders also require a signed AutoDesk License Agreement form.
