- How
does Gradware offer such low prices?
Gradware has partnered with software manufacturers that recognize our commitment
to providing professional software tools at prices that students and teachers
can afford.
- What
is an educational version?
Educational versions of software, or academically
priced software, are functionally identical to commercial
versions of the software. The main difference is
the licensing agreement of the educational version
which
states that academically priced software cannot be
used for commercial purposes. Any qualified educational
customer is eligible to purchase software at academic
discounts.

- Who
is eligible to receive Gradware academic discounts?
You are eligible to buy academic software
if:
- You
are a student or teacher;
- You
are a school administrator or faculty member;
- You
are purchasing for an accredited school, college, university,
or hospital directly affiliated with an educational
institution.

- What
is acceptable proof of academic eligibility?
We require proof of current affiliation with a school. Accepted proof of your
current academic status include the following: a dated student or faculty ID
card, fee receipt, course schedule, pay-stub, or employment contract combined
with any photo ID (driver's license, passport photo, etc.) Please
feel free to block out any private information such as pay amounts and social
security
numbers.
For Adobe, Corel, and Microsoft products, a photo ID is required. For more

- I
am an individual customer, how many copies of a software
title can I order?
Individual customers may only purchase one copy of any software title per calendar
year.
- How
do I receive my free upgrade?
If
you purchased academic software from Gradware that qualifies
for
a free upgrade, please contact the appropriate manufacturer
directly. For free Adobe upgrades please call 800.492.3623;
for free Macromedia upgrades please call 800.457.1774.
- I cannot
find a product on Gradware!
