Qualifications for purchasing Academic Software
To place an order for academically priced software, you MUST meet the eligibility criteria as outlined here.
Note: Academic ID is not required to purchase technical books or hardware.

A submitted order does not constitute an approved/accepted order by Gradware, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Payment Methods and Terms
Gradware.com (a unit of Graduate Limited) currently accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, Money Orders, and all school purchase orders. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. All specials and promotions limited by availability. Not responsible for typographical errors. Most defective software is replaced immediately. Terms for Authorized Purchase orders are net 30 days. We reserve the right to charge 10% interest for late payments.
Prices & Availability
Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is not in stock when your order is placed, your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped. You will be notified via email if the product is backordered and the anticipated ship date. Anticipated ship dates are dependent upon vendor supplies and other factors and are subject to change. Despite our best efforts, occasionally the pricing displayed on the Gradware.com Web site is incorrect. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount when we ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we contact you for instructions before shipping. Gradware.com reserves the right to not sell product below our cost.
Typographic, Photographic, and Technical Errors
Gradware.com, a unit of Graduate Limited, is not responsible for any typographical, photographic or technical errors. NOTE: Products & packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.
Shipping & Handling
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses. Overnight and 2nd day express orders that are received and/or approved after 3pm PST will be processed the next business day. All shipping days exclude Saturday and Sunday. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier of our choice for delivery. Note: An additional fee of $10 will be charged for 2nd Day Air shipments made to AK, and HI.
Upon choosing the preferred method of shipping (Fedex, UPS, etc.), customer agrees to waive responsibility from Graduate Ltd. while the product is en route. During this time, the respective shipping company assumes liability and is responsible for any mis-delivered packages.
Returns
You may return your unopened, sealed software package for any reason within 15 days of the purchase date for a refund. Opened software cannot be accepted as returns. Factory refurbished or used items are non-returnable unless specified in the product details. To return your software, please contact us at returns@gradware.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. The return authorization number must be shown on the outside of the package in order for Gradware.com to accept the return. Do not write the number on or damage the original product box or package. If product is damaged or lost in return, customer will be held responsible for damages. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be assessed for any returned item. Return shipping freight charges are your responsibility. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Defective software may be exchanged for the same title. The defective product must be in original and resalable condition with all packaging, manuals, and registration materials. Return shipping freight charges are your responsibility. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please contact us at returns@gradware.com for exchange information.
General Coupon Terms and Conditions
If you have received a coupon with a coupon code from Gradware.com and use it to obtain a discount, the following standard Terms and Conditions for Use of Coupons apply:
Under no circumstances will a coupon be redeemable after an order is put into process. Gradware is not liable for coupons that are lost or stolen. Coupons are not combinable with any other coupons or promotional offers. Coupons can only be redeemed online. Coupon cannot be refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash. Gradware reserves the right to cancel coupon promotions at any time. Coupons with specific terms and conditions also apply. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice from Gradware.
Warranty Disclaimer
Gradware.com and Graduate Limited expressly disclaim all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Gradware.com and Graduate Limited shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise. All merchandise is sold "AS IS". Gradware.com and Graduate Limited make no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system downtime, lost data, etc. This disclaimer by Gradware.com and Graduate Limited in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any.
Additional Information
Academic Edition software is for educational use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. Some products may not be upgradeable. Some software manufacturers limit student, faculty, and staff to quantity (1) one software title per year. Example: End-user cannot purchase two (2) copies of Windows XP Pro Upgrade. Academic institutions may purchase multiple copies.
Policies and item availability are subject to change without notice. Graduate Limited is not responsible for late or delayed shipments or system failures. Title to items being purchased is retained by Graduate Limited until items are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. Graduate Limited is not authorized to conduct sales outside of the United States and Canada. All trademarks and registered trademarks are used to display items for resale and without intent to infringe on the mark holder.

No contract for sale has been formed between a customer and Gradware.com until the customer receives an email confirming that their order has been shipped.
Unverified orders that are submitted and not canceled within 15 days, are subject to a $10 processing fee. Prior to cancellation and assessment, customers with outstanding orders will be contacted by a Gradware Customer Service Representative.
