Backpack with Sleeve for 12" Laptop (Stealth Black & BrightSight Interior)

The New MacPack backpack works exclusively with MacCase Sleeves. It's the lightest backpack MacCase has ever produced due to new, lighter, more durable materials. MacCase introduces the new "BrightSight" interior treatment. BrightSight is a design vocabulary developed by MacCase that greatly increases the functionality of a product by reflecting ambient or direct light into the once dark, spooky interiors of products like messenger bags and backpacks.

This reflected light creates a bright, almost lit interior environment inside the bag, which allows for better organization, storage and retrieval of everything placed in a BrightSight compartment. Both major compartments of the new MacPack use this innovative design solution.

FEATURES

The Front Compartment features 9 separate pockets (4 mesh, 5 fabric) for pens, a cell phone, drives, media, a mouse, a small camera, keys and centered right below the first Ear bud pass through- an iPod!

The Front Compartment also features twin zippers, opening up more than 75% of the Compartment for industry-leading access to your stuff.

The front face is also padded, providing protection for any items stored in the front compartment

The entire floor of the new MacPack backpack is padded so items can be placed in either compartment and still be protected.

The Front Compartment features a center pocket specifically designed for the iPod. (All models will fit)

The shoulder straps are extended for extra coverage and the inside surface is covered with a "sticky" fabric to prevent slipping.

The padded area features a breathable mesh cover that allows air to circulate around and through the point of contact with your body.

Features like these are typically found on high end "climbing" packs.

The Shell measures 18" x 13" x 3.5" for a mind-blowing 809 square inches of interior space and easily swallows up the 17" PowerBook.

At 3.5" deep, the New MacPack is almost the same thickness as one of MacCase BriefCases. This translates into minimal bulk, easy wearablity, and outstanding comfort.
